Riverside Kenya 2024
Volunteers to serve with Tenwek Hospital and Riverside Church in Bomet, Kenya. This is a non-medical mission team that will serve various ministries of Riverside Church and Tenwek Hospital. Team members need to be compassionate, flexible, and willing to serve the “least of these” through mentoring, discipleship, and basic skills training in various trades. Also, community service outreach to Bomet with food and water, clothing, and hygiene items. Will participate in a wheelchair delivery ministry and a support ministry for pregnant teens.

Requirements
Prerequisites
- MUST ALREADY HAVE A CURRENT PASSPORT with an expiration date later than April 2025
Restrictions
- Must be HS Freshman and older
Preparation
- Apply for the trip and pay the $100 non-refundable deposit
- Fill out the paperwork under the forms tab
- Check with your primary care physican or the CDC website for recommended vaccinations
- Commit to attending all team meetings, including the debrief meeting after your trip returns
- Make sure that 100% of your finances are turned in 2 weeks prior to your departure
